Rue de Verneuil accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
